YOUR DATA / EXPLAINED

Privacy policy

Effective September 5, 2026

What’s Good Dog LLC operates Pipe Dreams: Color Connect and this support website. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game, visit our website, or contact us.

Your game progress

The game does not require an account. Progress, coins, booster inventory, and preferences are stored on your device. We do not provide a game-save account or cloud-sync service. Your device’s backup settings may separately affect local app data.

The current release has no advertising, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.

Unity diagnostics

The game uses Unity with engine diagnostics enabled. Unity processes technical information to investigate errors and improve game and engine stability, compatibility, and performance.

This includes an installation-specific identifier, app-session and usage information, crash reports, performance measurements, and other diagnostic information about the software and hardware environment. Reports can be associated with your installation identifier even though you have no game account.

Our Apple privacy disclosures describe this as User ID, Product Interaction, Other Usage Data, Crash Data, Performance Data, and Other Diagnostic Data, used for app functionality and linked to the user. This data is not used by our game for targeted advertising or cross-app advertising tracking.

Read more in Unity’s diagnostics privacy documentation and Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.

When you contact us

If you email support@whatsgood.dog, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or other details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to support and privacy requests and investigate reported problems. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal information.

Access is limited to people authorized to handle these requests and the service providers needed to deliver and store email. We do not use support messages for advertising.

This website

Our support and privacy pages are hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub logs visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes, including visits by people without a GitHub account. See GitHub’s Privacy Statement.

We do not add advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or embedded tracking tools to these pages. Following an external link or sending an email involves that provider’s services and privacy practices.

Retention and service providers

We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle requests, investigate issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. Diagnostic and hosting data are subject to the relevant providers’ retention practices and our available service settings. We do not promise immediate removal from provider backups or security logs.

Information may be processed by service providers outside your country. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address security incidents or protect legal rights.

Your choices and requests

Contact support@whatsgood.dog for privacy questions or to request access, correction, or deletion of information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including objection or restriction of processing and the right to contact a privacy regulator.

For a diagnostics request, include the installation ID available from the game’s Settings menu. This helps us locate the relevant records through Unity. Copying the ID does not send a request automatically. Please contact us before deleting the app, since removing it may make that identifier unavailable. Removing the app deletes its local data but does not itself erase reports already sent to Unity.

Diagnostics is configured at the project level; the current game does not provide a per-player diagnostics opt-out switch. If you are a parent or guardian with a concern about information relating to a child, contact us so we can investigate and handle the request.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as the game or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to support@whatsgood.dog.
